How does a telehealth visit work?
After booking, you'll receive a secure link for your video visit. Audio-only is available if needed. All visits are HIPAA-compliant through our patient portal.
What states do you serve?
Chanelle Health serves patients in Texas, Nevada, and Arizona. You must be physically located in one of these states at the time of your visit.
Do you accept insurance?
Chanelle Health is a cash-pay practice. We do not bill insurance directly. Payment is due at time of service. We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, HSA and FSA cards. Superbills are available upon request for self-submission to your insurance provider.
Can you send prescriptions?
Yes — prescriptions are sent electronically to your preferred pharmacy.
Are you accepting new patients?
Yes — new and established patients are always welcome.
Are same-day appointments available?
Same-day and next-day appointments are available based on availability. Book early for best access.
What if I need in-person care?
We coordinate referrals to the appropriate specialist or facility when in-person care is needed.
Patients under 18?
Parental or guardian consent is required for all patients aged 16–17. A parent or guardian must be present or provide written consent prior to the visit.
