My training at Texas Woman's University and doctoral work at Missouri State University — focused on post-stroke depression and cognitive outcomes — has given me a uniquely deep understanding of the brain-body connection.

Chanelle Health serves patients of all ages — from infants and children to adults and seniors. We provide primary care for the whole family, plus specialized neurology and headache medicine services.
We are currently licensed and able to see patients located in Nevada, Arizona, and Texas. You must be physically located in one of these states at the time of your visit. Your location — not your home address — determines eligibility.
We are currently cash pay only while we complete insurance credentialing. We expect to accept major insurance plans starting May 2026. In the meantime, we provide a superbill after every visit so you can submit to your insurance for possible reimbursement. FSA and HSA cards are accepted.
Just a smartphone, tablet, or computer with a camera and microphone, and a stable internet connection. No app download is required. You'll receive a secure video link before your appointment.
Yes — telehealth is actually very effective for headache and migraine management. We can evaluate your symptoms, review your history, prescribe appropriate medications, and create a comprehensive headache management plan, all without an in-person visit.
We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as FSA and HSA cards. Payment is collected at the time of your visit. You will receive a receipt and superbill by email after each appointment.
